DMCA & Copyright Policy

How to report a copyright concern, how we respond, and what happens next.

Last updated: January 1, 2026

DovoTV respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright legislation applicable in the United States. This policy explains our procedure for addressing copyright infringement claims.

1. Our content licensing position

DovoTV operates as a lawful reseller of IPTV subscription services and does not host, store or originate the content delivered through the Service. All channels and video-on-demand content are sourced from licensed content providers and distributors. We are committed to ensuring our operations respect applicable copyright law.

2. Reporting copyright infringement (takedown notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent and believe content accessible through https://dovotv.us infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

Your notice must include all of the following

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the work you claim has been infringed. A representative list is acceptable where multiple works are covered.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL or sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing content.
  3. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  4. Good faith statement — a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement — a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
  6. Signature — your physical or electronic signature.

Submit your notice to

Email: [email protected]
Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice — dovotv.us

We acknowledge valid notices within 5 business days and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the relevant content provider.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to [email protected].

  1. Identification of the removed content — description, URL and location before removal.
  2. Statement under penalty of perjury — that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information — full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction — that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
  5. Signature — physical or electronic.

On receipt of a valid counter-notification we forward it to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.

4. Repeat infringer policy

  • Accounts subject to multiple valid copyright infringement notices are reviewed.
  • DovoTV reserves the right to terminate subscriptions of users determined to be repeat infringers.
  • Termination for repeat infringement does not entitle the user to a refund under our refund policy.

5. Misuse of the DMCA process

Filing a false takedown notice is a serious legal matter. Under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)) and equivalent laws, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees.

6. Contact

All copyright correspondence should be directed to [email protected]. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response. General enquiries belong on the contact page instead.
