DovoTV ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over that data when you use the Service at https://dovotv.us. It sits alongside our terms of service, which govern the subscription itself.
The short version: we ask for a name, an email address and a phone number so we can issue and support your subscription. Card numbers never reach our servers, and we do not sell data to anybody. Ordering a plan on the order page requires nothing beyond those three fields.
1. Information we collect

- Account information: name, email address, phone number.
- Payment information: billing details processed by our secure payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Support communications: messages and information you send to [email protected], through the contact form or via WhatsApp.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, subscription status.
- Device information: device type, operating system and application version (IBO Player).
- IP address: used for region detection, fraud prevention and service delivery.
- Cookies and tracking: session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies for service improvement (see section 6).
1.3 Information we do not collect
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government identification numbers, biometric data, or financial account details beyond what payment processing requires.
2. How we use your information
- Deliver the Service: activate and manage your subscription, authenticate your device and stream content.
- Process payments: complete transactions and issue receipts.
- Provide support: answer enquiries, troubleshoot faults and resolve disputes.
- Improve the Service: analyse usage patterns to improve performance and content offerings.
- Send service communications: account confirmations, renewal reminders and important notices. We do not send unsolicited marketing.
- Prevent fraud and abuse: detect and block unauthorised account sharing or misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations: respond to lawful requests from authorities in the United States.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

- Contract performance: processing necessary to deliver your subscription.

After the retention period, data is permanently deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights
