Why reselling works — and where it goes wrong
Subscription television is a recurring-revenue business, which is the reason it is attractive: a satisfied customer renews for years, and the acquisition cost is paid once. The market is enormous and still growing — analyst forecasts have consistently put multi-billion-dollar annual growth on IPTV through the second half of this decade.
The hard part has never been finding customers. It is finding a supplier whose service survives a Sunday afternoon. Most people who fail at reselling do so because their upstream provider buffers during the games, and every one of those failures lands on the reseller's phone, not the provider's.
That is the whole of our pitch. We have run streaming infrastructure for eleven years, we publish our uptime figure because it is 99.9%, and our lineup of 22,000+ channels covers the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and the wider world — so you can target whichever market you already have an audience in.
- Recurring revenue: customers renew for years, not weeks
- You set retail prices — your margin is yours to decide
- No infrastructure, no encoding, no channel contracts to manage
- Word-of-mouth and online advertising both work in this niche
Not sure reselling is the right shape for you? If you have an audience but no appetite for customer support, the affiliate program pays commission on referrals without any account management at all.
Three things that decide whether this works
A full management panel
Create, extend, suspend and delete subscriber accounts yourself. Live connection monitoring, per-account logs, stream diagnostics and export to CSV or PDF. When a customer calls with a fault you can see what they are watching and how their connection is performing before you reply.
Discounted intro lines to close sales
Serious buyers want to see the service before they commit. Your panel lets you issue short discounted introductory lines at a low credit cost so a prospect can watch on their own television, on their own connection, before paying full price.
Streams that hold up
Continuous investment in servers and peering. Channels are published in 4K, FHD, HD and low-bandwidth variants, with automatic failover between edge nodes. Your customers judge you on Sunday at 4pm; this is what you are actually buying.
Reseller pricing
One credit creates one month of service on one line. A twelve-month subscriber costs twelve credits. Credits never expire, so unused balance carries forward indefinitely — there is no monthly minimum and no standing fee.

Tools that come with the panel
Wholesale economics
Per-credit cost falls as volume rises, from $2.98 at entry to $1.99 at the Pro tier. Margin improvement is reinvestable in advertising rather than absorbed by us.
Low entry cost
$149 starts a business. No hardware, no licensing, no staff. Most partners recover the first pack inside their first thirty customers.
Non-expiring balance
Credits sit on your account until you use them. Quiet month, busy month, seasonal business — nothing evaporates.
Sub-reseller network
From the Reseller tier upward you can create sub-resellers, allocate them credit and let them run their own customers underneath you.
Any target market
With US, Canadian, UK, European and international bouquets in the lineup, you are not restricted to one country's audience.
Technical backup
Partner support is separate from the consumer desk and staffed around the clock. Escalations reach engineers, not a script.
How the day-to-day actually looks
The dashboard opens on a monitoring view: credits remaining, online users, open connections, accounts created today and this month, active subscriptions, and lists of lines expiring within the week. Working that expiry list is the single highest-value habit in this business — a renewal reminder sent three days early converts far better than one sent after the line dies.
Creating a customer takes four fields. Choose the line type, let the system generate the username and password, pick the package length, and decide whether to lock the account to the customer's ISP. Then assign a bouquet — either the full package or a trimmed selection if the customer only wants, say, US and UK channels.
The Connections view shows who is watching what, the health of each connection colour-coded by speed, the country flag derived from the IP, the player application in use and the customer's ISP. When someone reports a problem you can usually diagnose it from this screen before you reply, and kick a stuck session so they can reconnect.
- Dashboard: credits, live users, expiring accounts, announcements
- Lines: create, extend, edit, suspend, delete, copy M3U and EPG links
- Connections: live session health, IP and ISP, kick control
- Exports: CSV and PDF for your own records
Before you apply
You buy service capacity at wholesale credit rates and sell subscriptions at whatever retail price you choose. Your customers run on our servers; you own the customer relationship, the branding and the margin. We never contact your subscribers.
A web application secured by your own username and password where you create, renew, suspend and delete subscriber accounts, monitor live connections and manage sub-resellers. Access details arrive on WhatsApp once your credit pack is paid.
Neither. You pay for credits and nothing else. There is no monthly minimum, no platform fee and no penalty for a quiet month.
Not as standard. Pro-tier partners receive white-label panel branding, and we are happy to point you toward developers who build storefronts for this market, but we do not build customer-facing sites on your behalf.
One stream per line at a time, matching our consumer plans. A customer wanting a second simultaneous screen needs a second line, which costs you one additional credit per month.
IBO Player, on any supported device. Our setup guide is written so you can send the link to a customer instead of talking them through it yourself.
