No. A broadband connection is the only infrastructure DovoTV requires. Households that have already cancelled cable keep their internet service and nothing else changes.

Fifteen megabits per second is comfortable for HD. Twenty-five or more is the practical threshold for reliable 4K. Wired Ethernet outperforms Wi-Fi on a busy evening; if wiring is impossible, use the 5 GHz band and keep the router in line of sight of the television.

Anything that runs IBO Player: Amazon Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Cube, Apple TV, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Windows 10 and 11, macOS, plus MAG and Formuler set-top boxes. The setup guide has per-device instructions for each.

No — and we would rather say so plainly than bury it. Each DovoTV subscription streams on one device at a time. The app can be installed on several devices; only one can be playing. If a second household member needs simultaneous access, take a second subscription.

Yes. There is no IP lock on DovoTV lines, so the same credentials work from a hotel in Chicago, a rental in Florida or a relative's house in another state. All you need at the destination is a stable connection and the app.

Activation is automatic. The median time between a cleared payment and credentials landing in the inbox is under ten minutes. If nothing has arrived after fifteen, check the spam folder first — that is where it is in the overwhelming majority of cases.

Yes. Your activation email carries either a full M3U streaming line or an Xtream Codes portal URL with a username and password, depending on how your line was provisioned. Both attach to IBO Player through the playlist portal described in the setup guide.

More than 22,000 live channels, over 60,000 on-demand films and series, and around 4,000 channels carrying 24/7 themed programming. Pay-per-view events are included rather than charged separately. The channel lineup breaks the grid down by category.

Our delivery network runs automatic failover between edge nodes, and the engineering team monitors the feeds continuously, so freezing on a healthy connection is rare. When it does happen it is usually local — a congested Wi-Fi channel or an ISP routing issue. The troubleshooting center walks through both.

IBO Player has a search box on the live and on-demand sections, and categories can be hidden or reordered under Manage Categories. Star anything you watch often and it appears in Favourites on the front screen.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies. Card payments activate immediately on approval; crypto activates on network confirmation. Gift cards are not accepted.

Subscriptions are final once credentials are issued, which is precisely why the $8.99 introductory month exists. Two exceptions apply: a verified outage of more than 72 consecutive hours earns a pro-rata credit, and duplicate charges are refunded in full. The refund policy sets out how to claim either.

Both. The reseller program gives you a credit-based management panel to run your own subscriber base, while the affiliate program pays commission on sales made through your referral link. They suit different kinds of partner.
