Welcome to DovoTV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://dovotv.us ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
1. Service description
DovoTV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic program guide data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.
2. Account registration
- You must supply accurate, complete and current information when ordering.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in the United States, to hold an account.
- You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
3. Subscription plans and payment
DovoTV offers subscription terms of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, plus a discounted introductory one-month plan for new customers. Current prices for every plan are published in full on our pricing page and shown again at checkout.
- All prices are stated in United States dollars.
- Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. DovoTV does not store payment card details.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless expressly stated at checkout.
4. Refunds
All sales are final once an account has been activated, because the Service delivers immediate digital access. Two exceptions apply:
- A verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, for which a pro-rata credit may be issued.
- A confirmed duplicate charge, which is refunded in full.
Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event. The complete procedure is set out in our refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:
- Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your account credentials to any third party.
- Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, DRM protections or authentication systems.
- Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that breaches any applicable law in the United States or elsewhere.
- Use the Service to access content in regions where such access is prohibited.
Breach of this section results in immediate account termination without refund. Commercial redistribution is available legitimately through our reseller program.
6. Device limitation
Each subscription permits access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application, and DovoTV does not provide support for third-party applications.
7. Service availability
DovoTV targets 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable owing to:
- Scheduled maintenance, announced in advance where practicable
- Unplanned technical issues
- Third-party content provider disruptions
- Force majeure events
DovoTV is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual property
All content delivered through the Service — live channels, video-on-demand titles, logos and guide data — remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. DovoTV claims no ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.
The DovoTV name, logo and website design are our property and may not be used without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the paid period.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DovoTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at https://dovotv.us/terms.html with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
